What are the requirements for bookings?
With your booking confirmation you`ll receive a check-in form which has to be completed with a valid ID and valid Credit card latest 24h before checkin time. Non-compliance with the check-in form completion will result in a non refundable cancellation of the entire booking. Please also note: Payments have to be completed latest 8h after the booking is confirmed. Non compliance with payments will result in cancellation of the entire booking.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay either with your credit card or a payment link via PayPal or BankTransfer.
Can I get a full refund if I cancel?
All reservations are non refundable. Please don`t forget to purchase a travel insurance-just in case. We are happy to provide further information. Please ask us.
How many properties do you offer to choose from? What kind of properties are these?
Vacaynaples manages 10 spotless and brandnew furnished single family homes all located in Naples FL. You can expect to find anything you might need during your Naples vacation. Also we offer regular maid/cleaning services, bike rentals, personal trainers or personal chefs. Please note: Any reservation can be changed to a similar or upgrade property before or during the stay. There will be no additional charges for any upgrade.
